This village is a perfect choice for those who are looking for a peaceful countryside atmosphere. Coming to Duong Lam, you will find most of the features of a typical northern village: banyan trees, water wells, communal yards, pagodas & temples, winding village brick roads and small alleys, laterite walls, and old wooden houses. Despite advanced modernization & urbanization, the village itself still preserves traditional values full of nostalgia and tranquility.

Itinerary

At 8:00, our car and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and take you to Duong Lam Ancient Village.

Participate in a bicycle trip through the narrow, historic lanes to see the Mong Phu Temple, at the same time, ride through the area to learn about the everyday lives and agricultural practices of Vietnamese farmers.

Make a pit stop to visit two old houses and chat with the locals who currently live here.

Have lunch at a restaurant in the neighborhood and order some traditional dishes.

Pay your respects at the temples dedicated to Ngo Quyen and Phung Hung, two of Vietnam’s most revered historical figures. The Mia Pagoda is your following location of interest.

We will start our trip back to Hanoi in the late afternoon.

18:00: We will drop you off at the hotel you booked in Hanoi.

Child aged 11 years up is subject to the adult rate

Surcharge policy:

A surcharge will be applied to travel on the national holiday of the Chinese new year, 10^th March, 30^th April, 1^st May, from 1^st to 4^th Sep, Christmas, 31^st Dec, 1^st and 2^nd, January.

Booking & Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total invoice is required in order to confirm all our services.
Balance of payment is due earlier than 45 days prior to your departure.
Following full payment, final voucher of services and related documents will be forwarded by e-mail or fax to clients at a maximum of two weeks prior to your home departure.
